Disconnecting the integration

How to disconnect

You can disconnect either way:

• From QuickBooks Online: sign in, go to Settings → Apps (Manage your apps), find the TruBalance integration, and choose Disconnect.
• Ask us: email Luke@TruBalanceAccounting.com and we'll disconnect it from our side and confirm.

What happens when you disconnect

Our access to your QuickBooks Online company stops immediately. We revoke the connection tokens so they can no longer be used, and we remove them from our systems. Any journal entries already posted to your books remain part of your records — disconnecting does not remove past entries.

Your data afterward

We retain work product only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law or professional standards. To request deletion of data we hold, contact us and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
